Construction Quality Assurance Plan

Every construction project gets its own Quality Assurance Plan, designed by a practising statistician.

Our statistician holds post-graduate credentials from the University of Calgary. The plan sets out what will be checked, how often, and what counts as a pass, before the work begins. That gives owners, engineers and inspectors a clear record to work from.

Quality Control Sampling

Critical items are sampled and checked to the ISO 2859 standard.

ISO 2859 is the international standard for acceptance sampling by attributes. We apply it to the parts of a job where a defect is costly or hard to reach later:

• Piping torque
• Soldered and welded pipe joints
• Piping expansion couplings
• Reinforced concrete rebar welding and tie-ins
• Metal and wooden form design and installation
